I need to automate our marketing workflow on monday.com. Currently, we manually update status changes and notify the team. What are some real automation recipes you've implemented for campaign workflows? Specifically interested in: content approval process, social media scheduling triggers, and performance reporting automation.

Here's our content approval automation: When Status changes to 'Pending Approval', automatically create a sub-item in our Review board and notify the creative lead via Slack. Once approved, it auto-moves to 'Scheduled' and creates calendar events. For reporting, we use the Data API to pull metrics into a dashboard that updates every 4 hours. Game changer for our team.

We built a 'Campaign Launch Checklist' automation that creates 12 pre-defined sub-items automatically when a new campaign is created. Each sub-item has its own automation for due date reminders. Saved us about 5 hours per campaign setup.

The 'When item reaches specific status' trigger is your friend. We use it to auto-assign tasks to team members based on campaign type and auto-update the main campaign status when all sub-items are complete.
